Oded Itzhak, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Oded is part of a leading group of performance advertising experts. Prior to founding AdSide, Oded was co-founder and chief technology officer at Quigo, a leading pay per click ad network which was acquired by AOL in 2007. Oded was responsible for developing Quigo's PPC technologies and owns several search marketing and content targeting patents. Prior to launching Quigo, Oded held senior engineering and management positions at Electronic Arts, and was chief technology officer at WorldImaging, Inc. Oded holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Yael Yekutiel, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Yael heads sales and marketing for AdSide. She is responsible for directing the platform's go-to market strategy, focusing on its adoption by ad agencies, advertisers and publishers. Prior to joining AdSide, Yael oversaw marketing for TRAFFIQ, a display media marketplace. Yael has a successful track record launching emerging technologies, and has developed award-winning marketing programs for Radvision, Mobius Management Systems, SpiderTech, and Ad4ver (aQuantive), securing endorsements from The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Gartner, Jim Cramer, and CNN. Previously, Yael held senior marketing positions at an AOL-backed ad solutions provider, and at M-Systems (now SanDisk), leading marketing initiatives across major OEM markets. Yael is on the board of the Click Quality Council and a member of the IAB's ad networks committee.

Jack Lahav, Chairman of the Board

Jack Lahav is a private investor, specializing in launching and growing businesses. Mr. Lahav devotes much of his time to charitable activities, serving as president and board member of several charities. Mr. Lahav is the founder of Remarkable Products Inc. and served as its president from 1980 to 1993. Mr. Lahav was also co-founder of Lamar Signal Processing, Inc.; president of Advanced Technologies, Inc., a robotics company and director at VocalTec Communications, Inc. Mr. Lahav served as Chairman of Quigo Technologies from 2001 to 2004 and is currently serving as Chairman of Phoenix Audio Technologies; and as a director of Perma-Fix Environmental Services.
